The ‘lunch and learn’ way to IDD CPD success

The Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) requires insurance staff to undertake 15 hours’ CPD annually in certain areas. These are known as the Knowledge and Competence requirements – SYSC 28.2.3.

A great way to help you staff get their CPD hours, while taking on board valuable information about the workings of the UK general insurance market, is by sending them along to one of Searchlight’s 90-minute intensive Lunch and Learn sessions.
